World Wind 1.3.6 RC1 Is Out

We have a build of World Wind 1.3.6 out now for people to test.  You can get the download link from this wiki page.

1.3.6's main and just about only difference from the 1.4 release is that 1.3.6 uses .NET 1.1.  This is intended for users that are in an environment where they can't upgrade their .NET to version 2.0.  If you have .NET 2.0 just use the 1.4 release then.  Unless you want to help hunt for bugs :)
