World Wind Add-ons and Plug-ins: What Will Work or Not Work?
Written by Chad on February 12th, 2007With 1.4’s upcoming release.. probably the only issue people should “worry” about is the Plug-ins that will be supported. Add-ons come over just fine from 1.3.5 to 1.4. Most Plug-ins “should” work, but the ones that don’t will only need some minor code changes most likely to work in 1.4.

Save for elevation data, all downloaded 1.3.5 cache should be able to just be copied over to the 1.4 Cache folder. Will will check into that this week.
