It seems that 3 hours ago today, Patrick Hogan and Randy Kim of the NASA WorldWind team was at the Yahoo Brickhouse presenting and discussing NASA WorldWind.
Some Topics for discussion:
- The extraordinary and unwieldy nature of open source. Why does the magic work sometimes and then other times just fizzle?
- NASA’s role in advancing technology to help us better understand our planet. How can we do better?
- NASA World Wind and your future. How best can we help?
I will try to get some more detailed information on how this went.

Just came back from that meeting. Was a good get together. The open source question wasn't addressed quite as much but is sure was a good intro into the current state of WW. Yahoo taped the event so it should end up on their Yahoo Developers Network website next week somewhere.
