Ok, it has been about 2 years now since I have written and released the original Earthquake plug-ins and I am working on a plan for a re-write of both the 7-day and the historical EQ query.

For the 7-day version, the only major changes I am planning are adding more RSS feeds other than the USGS and displaying the earthquake icons at the depth they have occurred.

The most changes are going to be in the Historical EQ plug-in.  Again, I am going to look into querying multiple data sources (Canada has some online similar to the USGS, and I am looking to see if there are any other sources of data I can tap into).  And will also be showing the earthquakes at depth.

But I am looking to expand on the data reporting side.  I have some ideas, but also want to get some input from people that have used the plug-in as to what changes would be useful.
