Having a Good Labor Day?

Well, for the US readers I hope you are having a good Labor Day.

As for me.. been busy making beef jerkey in my “Smoke Master” .. ok, a rigged up grill since I don’t have a smoker per say.  But the jerky is coming out oh so tasty!

Need to make myself a better, dedicated smoker though.
